EDF Invest, alongside BNP Paribas Cardif, have entered into a long-term partnership with Korian for the holding of 81 assets (retirement homes and clinics) located in France, Germany, Italy and Belgium, which are worth €1 billion. This real estate vehicle will be managed by Korian, with EDF Invest and BNP Paribas Cardif owning a 49% share.

The agreement, with a 15-year extendible term, provides for a guaranteed minimum return to EDF Invest and BNP Paribas Cardif, regardless of market developments, and a ceiling on investors' exit compensation.

It demonstrates EDF Invest's will to continue diversifying its investments, particularly in the healthcare, logistics, managed residences and housing sectors.
