EDF Invest signs a partnership with Norlys, a danish energy and telecommunications group, through the signature of binding agreements in view of the acquisition with PGGM of a 35% participation in Norlys Fiber, its fibernet division. The completion of this operation remains subject to applicable regulatory authorizations and should take place in the third quarter of 2022.

With this transaction, EDF Invest continues to execute its strategy in digital sustainable infrastructures.
